Dear Community Supporter:

The Tampa Bay Bears are now planning the 5th Annual Holiday Charity Silent and Live Auction on Sunday, November 11th 2007, 4- 8 PM at Tucson’s in St. Petersburg and hope that you will support our efforts with a donation to help us exceed last year’s net total of $18,054 (each charity received $6018).

All proceeds will benefit the following not for profits (all are 501C – forms available upon request):
Community AIDS Network; R’Club Child Care, Inc; and Pet Pal Rescue (each one an important and deserving organization that does great work in three different areas of our community).

We need your help to secure high quality items that can be placed in the auction. We are asking for a donation of any type that can be used to raise funds for these not-for-profit organizations. Smaller items may be grouped together and/or used as door prizes.

It could be something tangible (a retail item, gift baskets, tickets, gift certificates, art, collectibles, for
example) or a service (financial planning, landscape maintenance, massage, a day of beauty)—anything our business can provide will be appreciated.

The sooner we know what your donation will be, the sooner we can add you to all marketing efforts to give your business the extra exposure you deserve.

Last year we had almost 1000 people attend and had great press coverage including television, the daily newspapers and the weeklies.

arrangements for pick up. We need to prepare the items for the auction so we ask that we have all items no later than October 26th, 2007.
